KTM Energy Company ("KTM Energy") is a boutique investment company in the upstream and midstream sectors of the oil and gas industry.  KTM Energy, independently, with partners or through its affiliated companies, invests in crude oil pipelines, crude oil terminals, mineral and royalty interests, and exploration and development prospects.  The investments we participate in are funded by our principal and a select group of industry and private equity partners.  We endeavor to participate in investments that are considered to be low-risk with the maximum potential for success. Collectively, KTM Energy, our principal, and affiliated companies have participated in over 225 oil and gas investments.
